Supports bone health
Excellent zinc for bone pain and hormonal system support. It aids in transmitting nerve impulses and heals the intestinal wall. The recommended dosage is 10-12 mg, which lasted two months for me. Since taking it with retinol, my facial rash has reduced considerably. Garden of Life provides a well-certified product.

Not suitable for me
The natural composition is good, but this supplement caused me stomach pain after taking it. Sadly, it didn't work well for my bone pain.

Leg cramps experienced
I suffered from lower leg pain and cramps, taking just one pill a day for three days. Excess zinc can lead to copper deficiency, causing neurological issues. Zinc is vital in small amounts to support our health, despite my bone pain experience.
